Our Whole and sole is Design. First step in manufacturing starts from Drawing everything on CAD. Then there are several job cards that are been send to our specialized employees.In our factory each and every person do their own work like, IF someone is good in assembling Vibrators then he will do same stuff whole day.

The second step of assembling is building frame of machine. Frames are designed in accuracy with the parts to be installed in the machine. Then comes Pedestal Assembling.

Feeder is then installed on the top of mount and chase to make sure hopper gets enough feed for Raw material. Everything is installed Electronically.Vibrators make sure that nothing is stuck from above.
