AIR CONVEYOR

Empty bottles are in feed in the air conveyor manually and they are further carried away automatically by air
to the machine

RINSING HEADS

With the help of rinsing heads bottles are inverted automatically and are cleaned with high velocity water
jets to remove unwanted dust particles.

FILLING HEADS

Bottles are transferred from the washing station to the filling station
where bottles are filled up to the neck level or as required principle of
filling is based on gravity method.

CAPPING HEADS (MAGNETIC TYPE)

Bottle will automatically take one cap from the cap chute and the capping
head will tighten it.

CAP ELEVATOR

It is used to elevate the caps into cap chute for capping. You have to just
put caps in the basket rest of all the elevator will do

SLAT CONVEYOR SYSTEM

The filled bottles are carried away from the machine further to the shrink
tunnel. Conveyor is run by geared motor

INSPECTION TABLE WITH LIGHT

AUTOMATIC ROTARY RINSING, FILLING AND CAPPING MACHINE
