Description and operations

• The product will be loaded manually onto the input

Cartons need to be loaded into the hopper on extended loading platform is provided to minimal the feeding frequency.

• The other conveyor will be parallel to the cartoning machine conveyor.
• Individual cartons will be pick place onto the pocket conveyor which is parallel to the indexing
• Cartons will be picked and placed through individual heads through suction cups with the vacuum
• Picked cartons will be placed inside each pockets of Indexing conveyor.
• This machine consists Indexing pocket conveyor
• Next Indexing station Back side flaps will be folded by Pneumatic folding
• Next Indexing station product pusher pushes the bottles from the main pocket conveyor inside the carton with help of top guide
• Next Indexing station front side flaps will be folded by Pneumatic folding
• Next Indexing station both side Tucking will be done by Pneumatic folding
• At next station side flaps will gets folded through side pressing belt assembly.
• After flap folding end product will be ejected to output conveyor or tray.
